Mya Cottage Clayton le Dale

Mya Cottage is a bungalow in Clayton le Dale. It's detached and set down its own drive. You don't share the garden, it's all yours. The garden is mostly patio with some grass, and it looks out over fields.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both double rooms. They each have their own bathroom attached, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well finished and everything should work properly.

Inside, it's all on one level, which some people prefer. The living area is open plan with the kitchen. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. Facilities are straightforward: dishwasher, washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.

The hamlet itself is quiet, just a few houses. Ribchester is two miles away. That's got a couple of pubs, a shop, and the Roman museum. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Clitheroe or Blackburn.

You can walk from the door into the lanes and fields. For more organised walks, the Forest of Bowland is on your doorstep. It's good for cycling too.

Within about half an hour you can get to Clitheroe for the castle, Whalley for the abbey, or up to the Pendle Hill area. The drive over the Trough of Bowland to Lancaster is a good trip out.
