Hallmark Lodge
Hallmark Lodge is in Tenterden. It's a detached annexe that sleeps three, but it's really just one bedroom. The sofa converts to a single bed for a third person.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable, and in good order. There's wood burning stoves in the lounge and the bedroom, which is nice in winter. The bathroom is separate, in a bathhouse in the garden. It's a nice space. There's no hot water out there though, so it's a choice between a warm shower inside or a cold bath outside.
The garden is yours to use and it's fully enclosed. You can park right beside the property.
Tenterden High Street is about a ten minute drive. It's got shops, pubs, and the Kent & East Sussex Railway station. The steam trains run from there to Bodiam Castle, which is a good day out. The Kent & East Sussex Railway website has timetables.
For walks, Bedgebury Pinetum is about twenty minutes away. Rye and the coast is half an hour's drive. Camber Sands is the nearest big beach.
Inside, you've got the basics: TV, WiFi, a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them. All bedding and towels are included. No pets.
