Cosy Country Lodge
The Cosy Country Lodge is a first-floor apartment in our place. It's not a cottage, it's one self-contained floor of a bigger building. We're in Middle Quarter, near Tenterden. It's dead quiet here, just fields, trees and a lot of rabbits.
It sleeps four. There's one bedroom with a double bed, and the sofa in the living room turns into a double bed as well. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
You've got your own garden area. There's plenty of parking right outside. It's all detached and private.
Facilities wise, it's got what you'd expect: wifi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if needed. No pets, sorry.
For walking, there are footpaths straight from the end of the drive. You're right on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Tenterden is a few minutes' drive for shops and pubs. The steam railway there is good for an afternoon.
Within half an hour you can get to a lot. Sissinghurst Castle Garden is that way. Bedgebury Forest for cycling or walking. Camber Sands if you fancy the beach. National Trust Sissinghurst and English Heritage Leeds Castle are both close for a day out. There are several vineyards around here too if that's your thing.
