Tudor Farmhouse is near Tenterden in Kent. It sleeps seventeen, which is a lot of people. Seven bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept.
The house is detached and stands in about an acre of garden. You get good views over the fields. There's plenty of parking.
Inside, it's big. There's a large living room, a dining room, and a second dining space or hall with a football table. The kitchen has what you need. There's a utility room with a washing machine. The stairs are fine.
Outside, there's a patio, garden furniture, and a gas barbecue. The garden is lawned. You're surrounded by farmland, so you'll see rabbits and birds.
A pub you can walk to is about ten minutes away. They do food. Tenterden is three miles for shops. It's a proper Kentish town. Ashford is about ten miles. That's where the big shops and the station are. The M20 is about the same distance.
You're right in the Weald for walking. There's a bridlepath at the end of the drive. For a day out, High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is close. Sissinghurst Castle is about twenty minutes by car. Bewl Water is roughly half an hour for sailing or walking. Camber Sands is about forty minutes if you want the beach.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, TVs, a dishwasher, and a cot and highchair if needed. No pets, sorry.
