Francis Cottage
Francis Cottage is in Lincoln, just under a mile from the cathedral. It's a modern semi-detached house, quiet and private at the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. You can fit two cars on the drive.
Inside, it's straightforward. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a TV with internet. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
You can walk into the city centre. It's about 15-20 minutes. The hill up to the cathedral and castle is steep, but that's Lincoln for you. The Brayford waterfront is closer, maybe a 10 minute walk. There are restaurants and pubs there.
For things to do, Lincoln Castle and the Cathedral are the main sights. The University campus is nearby if you're visiting someone. There's a golf course about two miles away.
