Holly Cottage is near Taynuilt, in Argyll. It's part of the old Bonawe House estate, right by Loch Etive. You're on the end of a courtyard building. It's quiet and looks out over the gardens.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so it's comfortable but it's still a cottage. The living area is open plan and there are patio doors out to the back.
You're about a 15 minute walk from Taynuilt village. It's got a shop, a post office, a pub that does food, and a railway station. Oban is 12 miles away. That's where you'll find more shops and the ferry port for Mull.
The location is good for getting out. You're right on Loch Etive. For a day out, you can drive to Glencoe or Fort William. There's Bonawe Iron Works just nearby. The Cruachan Visitor Centre is also close if you want to see inside the mountain.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger.
