The Barn is in Kentisbeare. It's detached, on the edge of the village next to a field. You can see the medieval church. There's a shop and a pub about a five minute walk away.
It sleeps seven, in three bedrooms. They all have their own bathrooms, which is handy. It’s got a 4 Star rating. The main room downstairs is big, with a wood burner. The kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need. It's an old barn conversion, so there are low beams in places. The stairs are steep, like most places like this.
The garden is fully enclosed, which is good for dogs and kids. There’s a lawn, a patio with a BBQ, a fire pit, and a little play area.
For things to do, the village is quiet. The local pub serves food. You’re about half an hour from the coast at Sidmouth or Exmouth. Dartmoor is also about half an hour away for walking. Exmoor is a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes. The M5 is about fifteen minutes away, so it’s easy to get to other places.
It’s got parking, wifi, a washing machine, a cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs.
