Fair Maid
This is Fair Maid. It's in Kentisbeare, which is a quiet village in Devon. The cottage is part of a converted farmyard.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Both rooms have their own bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. The place is modern inside, but the stairs are a bit steep, as are most cottage stairs.
You get an enclosed patio out the back with a little stream running past it. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen looks out over the grounds. It has all the usual things like a dishwasher and washing machine. We've got an electric vehicle charger on site. You can bring one dog.
The village shop and pub are a few minutes' walk away. The pub does food. For a day out, the coast at Exmouth is about half an hour's drive. The walking is good from the door. If you want to explore further, Exmoor National Park is within an hour.
