This is Fedwr Gog Cottage. It's a semi-detached farmhouse on our working farm. The place is part of the farmyard, so you'll see the place and the animals from the windows.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The views from the front are west over our fields to the Berwyn mountains. There are footpaths straight from the door. You're welcome to walk around the farm tracks. The land here is quite steep in parts.
There's a pub serving food about three quarters of a mile down the lane. The nearest shop is in Bala, which is about three miles. Bala Lake is there for water sports if that's your thing.
For a day out, Llangollen is about a 25 minute drive. You've got the steam railway and the canal there. Betws-y-Coed is similar distance, the other way, into Snowdonia. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Chirk Castle.
The cottage has exposed beams and a woodburner in the lounge. The stairs are typical old farmhouse stairs, so they are steep and a bit winding. The sun room is separate and has the dining table in it.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them, bedding is included, and there's parking right outside. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
