Crogen Bryn Awel

Crogen Bryn Awel is a stone cottage on our estate, up a track on the side of a hill. It's old and detached, so it's quiet. You'll see the date stone over the door.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. It's got a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, and central heating throughout. The WiFi is okay for browsing.

The main thing is the view. You look right out over the Dee Valley from the front. It's a proper panoramic view, fields and hills. There's a patio with a table out there to sit and take it in.

The cottage is part of a big estate. You can walk straight out from the door onto the estate land. Fishing and tennis are available if you arrange it in advance. The local pub, restaurant, and a village shop are about a mile and a half away in Llandrillo.

For days out, Bala Lake is about a 20 minute drive. Llangollen is roughly 25 minutes away, they've got the steam railway and the canal there. The west coast beaches, like Harlech, are about 45 minutes by car if you fancy that.

Practical stuff: bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine. One well-behaved dog is welcome. You park right next to the cottage.
