Groudd Hall is just off the A5 in Cerrigydrudion. It's a big, renovated hall that sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are two main bathrooms and a couple of extra toilets.
The rating is 5 Star, so it's well equipped. Everything inside is new. The main living room has those big views over the hills. The kitchen and dining room are open plan, with a table that seats everyone. There's a wood burner in there.
Outside, there's a covered area with a hot tub, a barbecue, and some seating. The garden is enclosed. There's also a children's playground and a games room with a pool table.
The village is about a mile away. It has a shop, a pub, and a couple of places to eat. You can walk to them if you don't mind the hill on the way back.
For things to do, you're right on the edge of Snowdonia. Betws-y-Coed is about a twenty minute drive. Llyn Brenig reservoir is close for fishing or walking. Llangollen is about half an hour in the other direction.
The property is listed as wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There's on-site parking, a washing machine, a cot, and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
