Llwyn Bettws Gwerfil Goch

This is Llwyn. It's a detached house up near Bettws Gwerfil Goch in Denbighshire. The main thing is the views. You can see right across the fields to the Berwyn Mountains.

It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious, more practical than luxurious. The stairs are normal.

Downstairs, there's a big kitchen with a table for everyone. The living room has large windows for the views and a woodburning stove. Off the utility room there's a shower and toilet, which is useful if you've been out walking. There's also a separate games room with a pool table and dartboard.

Upstairs, the family bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are a king, two doubles, and a twin. All bedding and towels are included.

Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ. The property is next to a working farm, so you might see or hear farm activity. There's parking for a few cars on the drive.

You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them.

The nearest pub serving food is about two miles away. There's a good farm shop with a coffee shop a bit further, useful for supplies.

Corwen is about ten minutes by car. It's a small town with shops and a few places to eat. Bala, with Llyn Tegid lake, is about twenty minutes away. That's where you can go for sailing or other water sports. Llangollen is about half an hour's drive. For walking, you're close to the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The North Wales coast, like Rhyl or Prestatyn, is over an hour away.
