Battanropie Lodge Carrbridge

Battanropie Lodge is in Carrbridge. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.

The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs. We allow three. The back of the garden goes down to the river, but it's fenced off.

It's got a 5 Star rating. It's a big, bright space. The main living area is open plan with windows on two sides. The kitchen has an Aga and a separate normal oven and hob too. There's a utility room with a washer-dryer and a door to the garden.

Upstairs, two of the bedrooms are doubles, and one has twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There's a family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower.

Carrbridge village has what you need. There's a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and some good cafes, all about five minutes' walk. There's a golf course in the village. A nice woodland walk starts just up the road from the house.

You're right in the Cairngorms National Park. Aviemore is about ten minutes south by car. To the east, you've got Loch Garten and the Abernethy Forest. To the north, Inverness is roughly half an hour away.

The facilities are all listed, but to cover the main things: there's parking, Wi-Fi, a cot and highchair if needed, and all bedding and towels are included.
