Castle Clover

Castle Clover is in Middleton Scriven. It's a hamlet near Bridgnorth. The cottage is a bungalow, so everything is on the ground floor. It's one of three similar properties next to each other.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, which is comfortable. It's tidy and it works. There's an enclosed garden you can use, with a patio and a barbecue.

You're on a working farm, so you'll see the fields. It's quiet. The cottage is open plan, so the living area and kitchen are all one space.

There's a pub about two miles away. The nearest shop is in Bridgnorth, which is five miles. Bridgnorth is an interesting town. It's split in two, with a high part and a low part. They're connected by a funicular railway. It's steep.

If you want to go further, Ironbridge is about a twenty minute drive. It's a World Heritage Site with museums. Shrewsbury is good for a day out, maybe thirty minutes away. It's got a lot of Tudor buildings and shops by the river.

For walking, the Shropshire Hills are close. The Long Mynd is a big, open stretch of land good for hiking. You can get to Clee Hill in about fifteen minutes for views.

Facilities: there's parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
