Newhouse Farm Barn
Newhouse Farm Barn just outside Neenton, near Bridgnorth. It's a detached barn conversion, so on its own. Quiet spot.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star rating. Stone floors, a woodburner in the sitting room. It's warm. There's a hot tub outside in the private garden.
The stairs up to the bedrooms are proper barn stairs, so they're steep and turn a corner. Just watch your step.
The local pub is about a five minute walk away. They do food. The shop is in Cleobury Mortimer, two miles down the road.
You're between Bridgnorth and Ludlow. Bridgnorth's about ten minutes by car, Ludlow about twenty. Ludlow's got the castle and the market. There's the Severn Valley Railway if you like that sort of thing. The Ironbridge Gorge museums are about half an hour away.
For walking, you've got the Shropshire Hills nearby. The Long Mynd and the Stiperstones are maybe forty minutes. Carding Mill Valley is good for a proper walk. Further into Wales, the Visit Wales site has ideas.
Facilities: you've got the hot tub, the woodburner, a washing machine, WiFi and TV. Bicycle storage if you bring them. Parking right there. We allow up to two pets. Bedding and towels are included, and we can provide a cot and highchair.
