Skimblescott Barn
Skimblescott Barn is in Weston, near Much Wenlock. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one floor. That's handy if you don't want stairs. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Being a bungalow, it's all fairly straightforward inside.
You're on a working farm here, so there are fields and animals around. It's quiet. The place has parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
Much Wenlock is about a ten minute drive. It's a nice little town with a few shops, cafes, and pubs. The ruins of Wenlock Priory are there, and it's a good start point for walks along Wenlock Edge.
If you want to explore further, the Shropshire Hills are right there. The Long Mynd and Carding Mill Valley are within half an hour. Ironbridge Gorge is about twenty minutes away, if you're interested in the museums. Shrewsbury is maybe thirty minutes.
