Lazy Cottage
Lazy Cottage is in Haverigg, up on the Cumbrian coast. It's a terraced house in a quiet bit of the village.
You can walk to the harbour and the beach in about two minutes. It's a good sandy beach, it's won awards. The shops and the pub are close, maybe 50 yards. The pub serves food. There's a restaurant a bit further on.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. There's a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs, which are standard for a cottage.
You're in a corner of the Lake District here. It's easier for getting to the south and west lakes. For walks, Black Combe is right there. The Old Man of Coniston and the Langdale Fells aren't far either. If you like steam trains, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway is a short drive. Muncaster Castle is nearby too.
In terms of stuff to do, there's watersports, pony trekking, and fishing all quite close. There are a few nature reserves around as well.
What's here: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
