Sunset is part of the Horselake site here in Cheriton Bishop. It used to be a fruit barn. There are six cottages here, all named after apples.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. You can bring dogs, we take up to three. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-kept.
The place itself is open plan downstairs. Outside, there's a private garden that's enclosed.
The main thing here is the shared grounds. The heated outdoor pool is a decent size. There's a games room with a pool table and darts, a mini-gym, and a play area for kids. You've got ten and a half acres to wander around. We leave you a welcome pack when you arrive.
You're about a mile from the village shop and a pub that does food.
For getting out, you're right between the coast and Dartmoor. Dawlish and Teignmouth are about a 25 minute drive south. Dartmoor is closer, maybe 15 minutes to the edge.
Good local days out include Castle Drogo and the walks at Fingle Bridge. The Teign Gorge is there too. Canonteign Falls is popular with families. Exeter is ten miles away for shopping or the racecourse. Fishing on the River Teign is three miles away. There's a golf course four miles away.
The cottage has the usual things: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
