This place is Florina. It's in Cheriton Bishop, Devon. It's part of a group of six cottages on a site called Horselake.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, so you shouldn't be queuing. The main thing about it is the grounds. You get about ten and a half acres to walk around in. There's a heated swimming pool, a games room with pool table and darts, and a kids' play area. They're shared between all the cottages. You get your own private garden with the cottage as well.
It's a 5 Star property, so it's well-kitted out. The ground floor has a wet room, and the layout is open plan. It's got all the things you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
The location is good for getting out. The village shop and pub are about a mile away. You're on the edge of Dartmoor, so you can be up on the moor in about twenty minutes if the traffic's alright. Exeter is about ten miles for shopping or the train. The coast at Dawlish or Teignmouth is about half an hour's drive.
For local walks and history, the National Trust at Castle Drogo is nearby, and so is Fingle Bridge. For planning wider days out, Visit Dartmoor has good information.
