The Florina is part of Horselake, which is a group of barns converted to holiday cottages near Cheriton Bishop. It's a 5 Star property, which means it's a comfortable, modern conversion rather than a traditional cottage.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which helps with a group that size. One of them is a wet room on the ground floor.
The main thing here is the space. You've got your own private garden or patio, but the whole property is set in over ten acres of grounds. There's an outdoor heated swimming pool that's shared between the six barns, a games room with a pool table, a little gym, and a play area for kids.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's parking right there.
You're about a mile from Cheriton Bishop itself. There's a village shop and a pub that does food. For a bigger shop, Exeter is about ten miles away.
You're well placed for Dartmoor, it's only a short drive to get up onto the tors. The coast at Dawlish or Teignmouth is about half an hour's drive. There's golf a few miles away. The National Trust places nearby are good for a day out: Castle Drogo and the walks around Fingle Bridge and the Teign Gorge.
