This place is called Sundance. It's near Cheriton Bishop, so you're right on the edge of Dartmoor. It's one of six cottages converted from old fruit barns on a site called Horselake.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms and has three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything works as it should.
The main thing here is the shared grounds, which are about ten acres. There's an outdoor heated swimming pool you can use. There's a games room with a pool table and darts, a small gym, and a play area for kids. Your own cottage has its own private garden or courtyard as well.
Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. They leave a welcome pack for you when you arrive. There's parking right outside.
You're about a mile from a shop and a pub that does food. For a bigger shop, Exeter is maybe twenty minutes away.
You're in a good spot for getting out. Dartmoor is basically on your doorstep. The coast at Dawlish or Teignmouth is about half an hour's drive. There's fishing on the River Teign a few miles away. A few local attractions within half an hour include Castle Drogo, Fingle Bridge, and Canonteign Falls.
No pets allowed, sorry.
