Honey Pippin
This place is called Honey Pippin. It's one of six converted fruit barns here at Horselake, near Cheriton Bishop. We're on the edge of Dartmoor, about a twenty minute drive from Exeter.
The barn sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and in good order. It has a private garden area, and you're free to wander the shared grounds, which are about ten and a half acres.
The main shared facilities are the outdoor heated swimming pool, which is open seasonally, and a games room with a pool table and darts. There's also a children's play area and a small gym.
In the barn itself, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Parking is right outside.
There's a shop and a pub within a mile. For a bigger shop, Crediton is about ten minutes away. Exeter is within half an hour.
You're well placed here. Dartmoor is on the doorstep for walking. For days out, Castle Drogo and the Teign Gorge are nearby, managed by the National Trust. The coast at Dawlish or Teignmouth is about a thirty minute drive. There's also fishing on the River Teign, a few miles away.
No pets, I'm afraid.
