Kelbrook
Kelbrook is a farmhouse just outside Glenluce. It's detached, so you're on your own, and it looks out over fields and hills. Very quiet.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
The garden is enclosed. There's parking right there.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. We also provide a highchair.
Glenluce village is about two miles away. There's a shop and a pub. A restaurant is about three miles. For a bigger shop, Stranraer is under ten miles.
The coast is close, about two miles to a beach. The cliff top walks are good. Portpatrick and the Isle of Whithorn are pretty little harbours to drive to, well within half an hour.
If you like gardens, Logan Botanical Gardens is worth a trip. For walking or mountain biking, Galloway Forest Park is nearby. It's also a Dark Sky Park, so the stars are very clear on a good night.
