Rosscot is in the Carse of Bayfield, up in the Highlands. It's a detached cottage. You get the garden to yourselves, it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. There's a woodburning stove for the evenings.
It’s quiet here. You look out over fields towards the water, Nigg Bay and the Cromarty Firth. The property is rural. Shops are about four and a half miles away, pubs about three.
You're close to the coast. There's an RSPB reserve nearby at Nigg Bay if you like birdwatching. You can get sea trips from Cromarty, which is a short ferry ride away. There are beaches in a few directions.
Inverness is about 45 minutes by car if you need a city or the airport. For history, there are castles like nearby Spynie Palace or you can drive up to Culloden. It's a good base for seeing the Highlands.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. You can bring two dogs.
