Nunney
This is Nunney, in Witham Friary. It's a two bedroom cottage that sleeps four. There's one bathroom.
It's part of a small group of cottages on a 40 acre site. We've got fields, woodland, and two lakes here. The views are good. You'll see deer, hares, and a lot of birds around. The fish in the lower lake are tame, they'll come up to be fed. No fishing.
The cottage itself is spacious and it's been refurbished. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's open plan downstairs.
The stairs are fine. There's a stairgate at the top if you need it.
On the site there's a shared indoor swimming pool, a games room, a tennis court, and a kids' play area. You can park right outside. There's an electric vehicle charger. We provide bedding and towels.
The village pub is a few minutes' walk away. They serve food. The nearest shops are about six miles away in Frome.
You're in a good spot for getting out. Longleat is about a 20 minute drive. Stourhead is even closer, maybe 10 minutes. Bath is roughly 45 minutes away. Wells, Glastonbury, and the Mendip Hills are all within half an hour.
