It's on a working farm, so it's quiet and rural. You'll hear farm noises sometimes. There's parking right outside.

The pub in Llandenny village is a few minutes' walk away. They do food. Usk is about a ten-minute drive. It's a nice town by the river with a castle you can visit. Raglan Castle is about ten minutes in the other direction. It's a proper ruin, very big. Good for a look around.

The Brecon Beacons are maybe half an hour's drive for longer walks. The Wye Valley and Forest of Dean are also within about half an hour if you fancy that. For general information, the Visit Wales site is useful, as is the Brecon Beacons National Park site.
