Oak Park One Shillingford

Oak Park One is in Shillingford, Devon. It's a detached lodge on a site with a couple of other properties. The main thing here is the space and the quiet. You're down a private track with two carp fishing lakes out front. It feels very separate.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is a kingsize with a shower en-suite. There's a double room and a twin room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything is on one level, which is useful.

Outside, you have a patio area with a hot tub. It looks out over the lakes. There's a BBQ there for you to use. You can fish in the lakes if you're into that.

For basics, the village of Bampton is a few miles away. It's got a couple of pubs, a butcher, and a shop. Tiverton is a bigger market town, about a 15-minute drive. They have supermarkets and some canal walks.

If you want to go further, the coast at Minehead is about a 40-minute drive. That gets you onto the South West Coast Path. Exmoor National Park is right there too. Both are good for a long walk.

Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring a cot and highchair if needed. There's parking right outside.

We don't allow pets. The site is wheelchair accessible.
