Beer Farm
Beer Farm is just outside Waterrow in Somerset. It's down a private track so it's quiet. The barn sits in about 15 acres of its own land, mostly fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well, it's comfortable and clean.
The main thing is it has an indoor heated swimming pool. It's not huge, but it's a proper pool to swim in. There's also a games room with a pool table. The stairs up to the two bedrooms in the eaves are quite steep, just so you know.
You can walk straight out from the door onto the footpaths. Exmoor is right there. You might see the ponies. If you want to drive, Exmoor National Park is about 15 minutes for proper moorland walks. Dunster with its castle is about 20 minutes away. Minehead and the coast are about half an hour.
There's a shop and a decent pub about two miles away in the village. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Taunton or Tiverton.
For facilities: it has pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs. There's plenty of parking.
