Wagtails is near the village of Langford Budville, right out in the countryside. The views across the Blackdown Hills are good.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order and well looked after.
The property is set up for dogs. There's a utility room with throws, towels and a washing machine. Outside, there's a shower for washing dogs off. The garden is fenced all round.
For people, there's a hot tub on the patio. There's also a large freestanding bath outside, if you fancy that. The living room has a big TV and comfortable seats. The kitchen has everything you'd need, including a freezer.
There's a dog-friendly café about a five minute walk up the track. They do cakes and light lunches. The village pub is about ten minutes on foot. They serve food and have real ales.
You're right next to a 200-acre nature reserve, so you can walk straight out from the door. The Blackdown Hills are on your doorstep. Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills are both within a 30 minute drive for longer walks.
Wellington is a short drive away and has some nice independent shops. Taunton is about ten miles. For a day out, Exeter is about 22 miles away. The north Devon coast with its sandy beaches is within an hour's drive.
A couple of practical things: the stairs inside are steep and a bit narrow. Also, bedding and towels are included.
