Old Rectory Cottage is over in Hillfarrance, near Wellington. It's the west wing of an old rectory house. The main house dates from the 1600s, but this part was added later.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 2 Star rating. That means it's clean and functionable, but it's not luxurious.
The stairs inside the cottage are a bit steep. They're original and a bit narrow, so just take care.
You've got an enclosed patio and garden to yourselves. It's south facing, so you get the sun.
A pub and a village shop are about five minutes walk away. There's a golf club with a restaurant less than a mile away.
Wellington is ten minutes down the road. Taunton is about fifteen minutes. You're right between the Quantock Hills and the Brendon Hills, so there's good walking from the doorstep. Exmoor is about a forty minute drive if you want proper open moorland. The coast at Dunster or Minehead is forty five minutes.
For facilities: there's a woodburning stove in the living room, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
