Linnets, it's ours. It's a semi-detached house in Fitzhead, a small village in Somerset. It's quiet. Fields and lanes, that sort of thing.
The house sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. One of the bathrooms is a wet room downstairs, with grab rails and a shower chair. The kitchen has some lower worktops too. The whole ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
Outside, there's a good-sized enclosed garden. There's a swimming pool. It's not heated all year round, just in the warmer months. There's also a Swedish hot tub that fits six people, and a barbecue.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
The village itself doesn't have a shop. The nearest proper shop is about three miles away in Wiveliscombe. There are a couple of pubs within two miles. They're proper country pubs, you know, food and drink.
For things to do, you're well placed. Exmoor National Park is about a twenty minute drive north. The coast at Minehead is about half an hour. Dunster, with its castle, is a bit closer. The West Somerset Railway starts at Bishops Lydeard, which is about a fifteen minute drive. Taunton is about twenty minutes away if you need a bigger town.

No pets, sorry. And the pool is only available seasonally, we can give you the dates.
