This is Apartment Two in Bala. It's a modern two-bedroom place for four people, right in the centre of town.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and in good condition. The living room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is compact but has what you need. There's one shower room.
You get access to a small shared yard out the back. It's not a big garden, but there's space to sit out if the weather's good.
Because you're in the town centre, you can walk to the shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The lake, Llyn Tegid, is a few minutes' walk away. You can swim, sail, or hire paddleboards there. The Bala Lake Railway starts nearby too.
A short drive out of town is the National White Water Centre on the River Tryweryn. They do rafting and kayaking. Mary Jones World, the museum about the Welsh Bible, is also in Bala.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got Coed y Brenin forest for walks and cycling. The mountain Cadair Idris is there if you want a proper hike. Dolgellau is a nice town to visit. For something different, Zip World Forest or King Arthur's Labyrinth are in that direction too.
Facilities are included: bedding, towels, washing machine, WiFi, TV. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's no parking directly at the apartment, but there are public car parks very close by. No pets, sorry.
There's a larger apartment on the first floor in the same building. If you book both together, they sleep eleven.
