This is Enlli. It's in Llanuwchllyn, up by Bala Lake. The cottage is terraced, stone-built, right in the village. You get the garden and patio to yourselves, it's enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a cosy space, straightforward. There's a wood burner if you want it in winter.
The local pub is literally over the road. They serve food and they're dog friendly. There's a small village shop in there too. The Bala Lake Railway station is a short walk. You can get the train along the lake to Bala, which is about five miles. Bala has a leisure centre with a pool, some shops, cafes and restaurants.
You're in Snowdonia National Park here. The lake is good for sailing and canoeing. There's walking straight from the door. For a day at the coast, Barmouth's about a 45-minute drive. The bigger mountains, like Cadair Idris, are within half an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. You can bring up to three dogs.
