Maesmor
This is Maesmor. It's in Bala, up in Gwynedd. It's a three-bedroom place, sleeps six. One bathroom.
It's on the edge of town, about five minutes' walk from the shops and pubs. You can see the lake from the front bedroom window. The back garden is enclosed, and there's a field next to it you can use if you want a bit more space.
The place is warm and dry. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. It's not a show home, but it's got what you need: a proper kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. All the bedding is included, and there's a cot and highchair if you need them.
Bala Lake is right there for sailing or paddleboarding. You're sort of between the Snowdonia National Park and the Berwyn mountains, so walking and cycling routes are everywhere. There's a 10-hole golf course in town. For a bigger trip, the coast at Harlech or Portmeirion is about half an hour's drive.
Parking is on site, right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
