Maesmor
Maesmor is a house in Bala. It's about a five-minute walk into town, maybe less. You can see the lake, Llyn Tegid, from the back bedroom.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's warm and everything works, which you'll want here. It has central heating.
The garden is fenced. There's also a field next to it you can use, if you've got kids or a dog to run around. No pets inside, sorry.
Bala town has what you need. Shops, a few pubs, places to eat. It's about 400 yards down the road.
If you're here for the lake, it's right there. You can walk to it. They do watersports, sailing, that sort of thing. There's a 10-hole golf course in town as well.
You're between the Berwyn hills and Snowdonia. So walking, cycling, climbing are all on the doorstep. For driving out, you can get to lots of places in half an hour or so. The Snowdonia National Park site is useful for planning.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding is included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
