Chevin View Belper

Chevin View is my place in Belper. It's the one on its own, not attached to anything else. It's a big house over three floors, sleeps fifteen people. Six bedrooms, two bathrooms.

It's a Three Star place. It's clean, it's functional. It's not fancy.

Parking is easy. You can fit five cars on the drive and there's more space down the road.

Inside, the main room is big enough for a group to sit together. The kitchen is fine for cooking meals. There's a dining table.

The garden's got a lawn, a deck, and a patio with the hot tub on it.

It's good for families and groups. You can bring pets. I provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate.

Everything else you'd expect is here: towels and bedding, wifi, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher.

Belper itself is a town. I like it. There are a few pubs, some shops. You can walk along the river. Chevin Hill is a short walk from house, the views from the top are worth it.

You're close to the Peak District. Peak District National Park is about a twenty minute drive for walks. Matlock Bath is ten minutes away by car. It's an odd old place with arcades and fish & chips by the river. Matlock has the Heights of Abraham.

Derby and Nottingham are both about half an hour away if you want a city or a bigger shop.

A few practical things: it's in a normal street with neighbours, so please be considerate of that. No stag parties.
