Tibberton Court Apartment 2 is one of the flats in a big old Georgian house near Gloucester. It's all on one floor, which is handy. You get your own bit of garden out the front to sit in.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two singles. There are two bathrooms, which is useful with a few people. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well looked after.

The living room has a wood burner for cooler evenings and there's a smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the usual things. We've put in an electric vehicle charger in the car park too.

The best bit is the grounds. The house sits in about eight and a half acres of gardens and woodland. You're welcome to walk around it all. It's very quiet.

The village of Tibberton is small. There's a pub about a ten minute walk away. For bigger shops, Gloucester is about ten minutes by car one way, and the M50 motorway junction is about five minutes the other.

You're well placed for days out. The Forest of Dean is roughly half an hour's drive, good for walking and cycling. Cheltenham is about twenty minutes away if you want the shops or the racecourse. The Severn and Wye valleys are close by for messing about by the river.

For planning, the Forest of Dean website has walking and cycling maps, and the National Trust for Gloucestershire lists nearby properties like Hidcote.
