Marshalls Farm
Marshalls Farm is our place in Clifford's Mesne. It's a detached cottage, set back on a private track. You've got your own garden with a patio, and it looks out over the fields we farm. It's very quiet.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. We've got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, with things like a wood burner for colder nights and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
You're down a track, so you need a car. The nearest pub and restaurant is about a mile and a half. Newent, which has shops, is three miles away.
The location is good for getting about. You're only a few minutes from the M50. The Forest of Dean starts just a few miles away, which is great for walking and mountain biking. You can be in Gloucester in under half an hour. Cheltenham is about the same. The Wye Valley, places like Symonds Yat and Tintern Abbey, is within easy reach for a day out.
