Stewards Bothy West Learmouth

Stewards Bothy is a converted barn on our farm at East Learmouth, near Cornhill-on-Tweed. It's detached, so it's just you. You get your own courtyard for sitting out.

It sleeps four, but that's one proper kingsize bedroom and then a sofa bed in the living area. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well equipped. One bathroom with a good shower.

You're welcome to walk around the farm's 13 acres. There's a lake about five minutes' walk down the track, you can fish there. If you want to bring your own horse, we have livery space. Riding lessons or treks can be booked with us directly.

The village of Cornhill-on-Tweed is about a 20 minute walk or a very short drive. There's a couple of pubs there that do food.

For a day out, Berwick-upon-Tweed is about 15 minutes by car. That's where you'll find the beach and the town walls. Edinburgh is roughly an hour and a quarter's drive if you fancy the city. There's plenty of good walking country all around here.

What's here: the place has a dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs. It's a working farm, so you'll see sheep and horses around.
