Till Cottage
Till Cottage is in Milfield, just outside Wooler. It's one of a few cottages made from an old farm. It's up a bit of a slope, so you get good views over the fields.
It sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy with a bigger group. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher.
The garden is enclosed and it's all yours. There's a patio area with a barbecue. We've got a wood burner in the living room, so it's cosy in the evenings.
You're right on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. The walking and cycling from the door is excellent. You can be on the Northumberland coast in under half an hour. The beaches at Bamburgh and Seahouses are about twelve miles away.
The local village has a shop and a pub, both about a mile away. Wooler is five minutes in the car for more shops. The Scottish border is just seven miles if you fancy a drive over.
For a day out, Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about twenty-five minutes away. Hadrian's Wall is within a thirty minute drive too.
Facilities wise: there's parking right there, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to three dogs.
