Frog Mill Barn
Frog Mill Barn is in Colemore Green, over towards Claverley. It's a converted barn, detached. The owners live nearby on the same bit of land. You get the whole garden to yourselves. It looks out over fields.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom, which is handy. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well done, comfortable and has things like underfloor heating. It's warm. Being an old barn, the ceilings are high and the stairs to the bedrooms are separate. They're fine, just typical cottage stairs.
Inside, there's an open plan living area with a wood burner. The kitchen has a range cooker and granite worktops. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi included. Parking for two cars and an electric vehicle charger. You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed.
Bridgnorth is the closest proper town, about a ten minute drive. There's a high street and the Severn Valley Railway starts there. Ironbridge and all the museums are about twenty minutes away. You can get to the Shropshire Hills or places like Weston Park within half an hour.
If you're here for walking or cycling, you're right in it. You can start from the door. There's bike storage. Fishing on the River Worfe is local. A few local golf courses.
For planning days out, the National Trust has quite a few places nearby, like Dudmaston. The Ironbridge Gorge Museums website has all the ticket info.
