The Vestry
The Vestry is in Denby Dale. It's the annexe of a converted chapel. It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, it's well looked after.
You've got your own front door. Inside is open plan, kitchen and living area. There's underfloor heating so it's usually warm. The shower is ensuite. Parking for one car right outside.
There's a little bench by the front door. You can sit there with a drink. You might see a horse go by now and then.
Denby Dale has a couple of pubs and shops. The village is famous for its pies, you'll see references to it. There's a train station about a 15 minute walk away. It goes to Sheffield or Huddersfield.
If you drive, you're about 20 minutes from the edge of the Peak District National Park. The Yorkshire Sculpture Park is close, that's a good day out. Cannon Hall Farm and the National Coal Mining Museum are also within half an hour.
Everything is included: electricity, WiFi, bedding, towels. There's a TV. No pets I'm afraid.
