Millstone Cottage is in Stanley, which is a small place on the River Severn, near Bridgnorth. It's a sandstone cottage, one of a few on the same site.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs: one double, one twin, and a shower room. There's also a wet room downstairs if that's easier. The stairs are standard, but the doorways are low in places. Mind your head.
The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining table, and sitting area with a sofa and TV. The heating is electric, with a stove-effect fire. The decor is simple.
Outside, you have your own garden. It looks out over fields and the river. There's a shared hot tub on the grounds, which you can book slots for. There's also a small pond and a fire pit. If you're fishing, there's a bait fridge and a lock-up for your tackle.
Bridgnorth is about ten minutes away by car. It's split into High Town and Low Town. The Cliff Railway connects them. There's a castle and the usual shops and pubs.
The Severn Valley Railway runs from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster. It's a steam railway. The station at Highley has a tea room and an engine house you can look around.
For walking, the Shropshire Hills are within half an hour. The Long Mynd and Carding Mill Valley are good for a proper hike. If you want a more structured day out, Ironbridge Gorge is about a 25 minute drive.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair and a stairgate if you need them. No pets.
