Valley View

Valley View is a detached cottage on the Worcestershire and Shropshire border. It’s got a three star rating. It’s clean and comfortable, but not a show home. The views from the front are good. You look out over farmland.

It sleeps five in three bedrooms. One king size, one double that can be two singles, and one single. There’s one family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The garden is big and fully enclosed, which is good if you’re bringing a dog. You can bring one well-behaved dog.

The kitchen has what you need. There’s a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a wood burner for colder nights. Bedding and towels are included. We’ve got a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. Parking is right outside.

You’re right on the edge of the Wyre Forest. The walking and cycling straight from the door is excellent. For a pub or to stock up, Bewdley is about five minutes drive. It’s a nice town on the River Severn with a few places to eat.

If you want a day out, the Severn Valley Railway starts in Bewdley. The West Midlands Safari Park is about fifteen minutes away. There’s a golf course nearby and you can go fishing locally. Forestry England has information on Wyre Forest.
