No. 2 Ash Cottage

This is No. 2 Ash Cottage, in Six Ashes. It's what was the end of a barn, turned into a cottage. We did it up a few years back. It's attached to No. 1, but you've got your own front door and your own bit of garden out the back.

It's for three people, but it's one bedroom. There's a double bed and a single bed in the same room. So it's ideal for a couple with one child, or maybe two friends. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious.

The Six Ashes Inn is next door, about fifty yards away. They do food. The nearest shop is a couple of miles away in Pattingham, so you'll likely drive.

Bridgnorth is about ten minutes by car. It's a good town. The two parts, High Town and Low Town, are linked by a cliff railway. The Severn Valley Railway starts there too. The town has a market and decent shops.

Within half an hour, you've got quite a few options. Attingham Park and Dudmaston Hall are National Trust places. The Ironbridge Gorge museums are that way. For walks, the Long Mynd and Wenlock Edge are good. RAF Cosford has a big museum. There are farm parks and activity places if you've got kids with you.

What's here: WiFi, TV, parking right outside. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine. You can bring one well-behaved dog. The garden has a patio table and chairs.

If you're a bigger group, you can book this cottage together with No. 1 Ash Cottage next door.
