Home Farm Cottage

Home Farm Cottage is on our farm in Risplith, near Ripon. It's detached, so it's just you. The views from the back are across our fields to the hills. You'll see the chickens about.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, both a good size. One has a double bed and its own bathroom. The other has two singles. There's a second family bathroom up there too, with a bath and a separate shower. The underfloor heating is on both floors, so it's warm underfoot.

Downstairs there's the living room with a wood burner. We leave you some logs to get you started. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The patio at the front has a table and chairs. The lawn is enclosed.

You're in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so walking is right on the doorstep. For a day out, Fountains Abbey is about 20 minutes' drive. Brimham Rocks is a similar distance, good for curious kids. Ripon itself has a cathedral and a market.

The cottage has a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-finished. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. Sorry, no pets.
