The Foxes Den is one of three safari tents in a field in Bishop Thornton. It's glamping, so it's a big, permanent tent with proper beds and a wooden floor. You're about fifteen minutes by car from Harrogate.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One room has a king size bed. The other has a bunk, a double on the bottom and a single on top. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable but remember it's a tent, so it can get cool at night. The wood burner sorts that out.
There's a kitchen area with an electric hob and a microwave. The shower is in a proper cubicle. Outside there's a deck with seating, your own fire pit, and a barbecue. You can bring one dog.
The local pub is a few minutes walk away. Harrogate has everything you need, shops, restaurants, the lot. For walks, you're right on the edge of the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Brimham Rocks are about a twenty minute drive, they're good for a wander. Fountains Abbey is maybe twenty five minutes away.
Facilities: bedding and towels are included, there's parking next to the tent, and you've got the wood burner. It's all open plan inside apart from the bedrooms and shower.
