Pine Tree Cottage Ballater

Pine Tree Cottage is in Ballater. It's a detached cottage with its own garden. The garden is enclosed. There's a large deck off the living room that looks out towards Craigendarroch Hill.

It sleeps two. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. One bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. It's a 3 Star place. It's comfortable and clean. The deck is the best feature.

You can walk into Ballater village in a few minutes. There are shops, cafes and a couple of pubs. The local golf course is just over the road.

You're right on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Good walks start from the door. The River Dee is close by for fishing. Balmoral Castle is about three miles west.

If you want to drive further, the ski centre at Glenshee is about half an hour. Braemar is 15 miles. Aberdeen is an hour.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, wifi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are here if you need them. There are grab rails in the bathroom. No pets.
