Little Swinton - Garden Cottage Swintonmill

Little Swinton - Garden Cottage is in Swintonmill, just outside Coldstream in the Scottish Borders. It's next to our main house, but it's completely separate and you have your own garden and driveway.

It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom, all on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. The bathroom is a wet room with a walk-in shower, and there are grab rails fitted.

Inside, it's straightforward. There's a kitchen and dining area, and a living room that looks out over the garden. The garden gets the morning sun. You can bring up to two dogs.

The local pub, the Tankerville Arms, is in the village, about a ten minute walk. It serves food. There's a shop in Coldstream, about two miles away.

You're well placed for the border towns. Kelso is about a 15 minute drive, Melrose is about 25 minutes. The Northumberland coast, like Bamburgh, is about 30 minutes away by car. If you like walking, you've got plenty of options from the door.

Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right outside.
