Broadstone Cottage Norham

Broadstone Cottage is in Norham. It's a terraced house right in the village. It's a proper old stone cottage, so it's not huge, but it's comfortable for four.

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, which means it's clean and everything works, but it's not a fancy show home. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, but you get used to them.

The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have a dog. Speaking of which, you can bring one dog.

You're really close to everything here. The local shop is about twenty yards away. The pub is fifty yards. They're both good. The River Tweed is just down the road, about two hundred yards. Norham Castle is a five minute walk. It's an English Heritage site, quite dramatic looking.

You can drive to some great beaches in about twenty minutes. Holy Island is about fifteen minutes away, but you have to check the tide times for the crossing. The Northumberland coast is all very good for walking. Bamburgh Castle is about half an hour away.

Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. You can park on the street right outside.
