Damson Tree Cottage Seed

Damson Tree Cottage is in Seed, near Wingham. It's down a proper country lane, so it's quiet. You've got fields and woods all around.

The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower room. That's useful. There's a bedroom and a wet room downstairs, which is good if you don't fancy the stairs. The stairs are fine, just normal.

Inside, it's one big room for the kitchen, dining, and sitting area. It's a good space for everyone to be together. There's a log effect fire for the cooler nights. The place is clean and well kept.

Outside, there's a big deck with seating and a gas barbecue. They put the table tennis out in the summer. The garden leads into about eight acres of grounds. There's a bit of wild woodland with a picnic table hidden in it, if you fancy a wander.

You can bring one dog. There's parking right there.

You're about five minutes in the car from a couple of decent pubs that do food and are dog friendly. There are farm shops nearby too. For a bigger shop, Canterbury is maybe 20 minutes away. The coast is about half an hour's drive. If you want a day out, you've got Wildwood near Herne Bay, or National Trust places like Sissinghurst Castle Garden.

Facilities: it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, cot and highchair if you need them. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a shared swimming pool on the estate you can use.
