The Pool House
The Pool House is in Teynham. It's a detached house with its own garden. The main thing is it has an outdoor swimming pool, it’s yours to use. The pool was just built last year.
It sleeps eight people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. The garden is enclosed.
The village is about five minutes' walk away. That’s where you’ll find the pub and the shop.
Faversham is close by, that’s a good market town. Canterbury is about a 25 minute drive, you can go for the cathedral and the shops. The coast at Whitstable is maybe 20 minutes away, good for fish and chips or oysters.
You’ve got good transport if you want it. The motorway is right there. You can get a train from Sittingbourne to London, or over to the continent if you’re planning a day trip.
For things to do locally, there’s a golf course nearby. You can go fishing or horse riding. There are quite a few National Trust places within half an hour, like in Kent. The Tenterden steam railway is about a 25 minute drive.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking on site. You can bring one dog.
I also own The Malt House next door, so if you’ve got a bigger group you can book both together.
